தமிழ்நாடு முஸ்லிம் முன்னேற் றக் கழகத்தின் தலைவர் பேரா சிரியர் முனைவர் எம்.ஹெச். ஜவாஹிருல்லாஹ் அவர்கள் கடந்த வாரம் உத்தரபிரதேசம் மற்றும் டெல்லியில் சுற்றுப்பயணம் மேற்கொண்டிருந்தார்.
உத்தரபிர தேசத்தின் தலைநகர் லக்னோவில் கடந்த மார்ச் 19, 20 மற்றும் 21 ஆகிய மூன்று நாட்கள் நடைபெற்ற அனைத்திந்திய முஸ்லிம் தனியார் சட்ட வாரியத்தின் 21வது பொதுக் குழுவில் அவர் கலந்து கொண்டார். பிறகு மார்ச் 22 அன்று அயோத்திக்கும் மார்ச் 23 அன்று அலிகர் முஸ்லிம் பல்கலைக்கழகத்திற்கும் மார்ச் 24 மற்றும் 25 அன்று டெல்லிக்கும் சென்று விட்டு தமிழகம் திரும்பினார். தமுமுக தலைவர் தனது வட இந்திய பயணம் குறித்து மக்கள் உரிமைக்கு அளித்த சிறப்பு பேட்டி:
மக்கள் உரிமை: அனைத்திந்திய முஸ்லிம் தனியார் சட்ட வாரியத்தின் 21வது பொதுக்குழு எப்படி அமைந்திருந்தது?
பேராசிரியர்: அனைத்திந்திய முஸ்லிம் தனியார் சட்ட வாரியத்தின் பொது குழுக்கூட்டம் இரண்டாண்டுகளுக்கு ஒரு முறை நடைபெறுகின்றது. இந்த அமர்வில் நிர்வாகிகள் தேர்வு மற்றும் புதிய உறுப்பினர்களை நியமித்தல் மற்றும் தனியார் சட்ட வாரியத்தின் பல்வேறு குழுக்களின் செயற்பாடுகள் குறித்த அறிக்கைகள் பற்றிய விவாதம் முதலிய நிகழ்வுகள் நடைபெறுகின்றன. இந்த முறை முஸ்லிம் தனியார் சட்ட வாரியத்தின் பொதுக்குழு லக்னோவில் உள்ள புகழ்பெற்ற தாருல் உலூம் நத்வத்துல் உலமா என்னும் நத்வா பல்கலைக் கழகத்தின் வளாகத்தில் நடைபெற்றது. லக்னோ நகரம் முழுவதும் இதற்காக விழா கோலம் பூண்டிருந்தது. இந்தியாவின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளில் இருந்து வாரியத்தின் கூட்டத்திற்கு வரும் உறுப்பினர்களை வரவேற்க வரவேற்பு வளைவுகளும், தட்டிகளும் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தன. நத்வாவில் உள்ள மாணவர் தங்கும் விடுதிகளில் வாரிய உறுப்பினர்கள் தங்குவதற்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தது. எனக்கு சுலைமானிய விடுதியில் அறை ஓதுக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. ஒரு நவீன பல்கலைகழகத்திற்கு இணையாக பல்வேறு துறைகளுக்கு தனித்தனி கட்டிடங்கள், நூலகத்திற்கு என்று தனி கட்டிடம், புல்வெளித் தோட்டம், கூட்ட அரங்கம், வளாகத்தின் நடுவில் கம்பீரமாக பள்ளிவாசல் என்று பிரமாண்டமாக இருந்தது நூற்றாண்டு கண்ட நத்வா வளாகம். நத்வா மாணவர்கள் மிக இனிமையாக சேவை மனப்பான்மையுடன் விருந்தினர்களை உபசரித்தார்கள்.
கேள்வி: அனைத்திந்திய முஸ்லிம் தனியார் சட்ட வாரிய கூட்டத்தில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட முக்கிய முடிவுகள் என்ன?
பதில்: இந்த கூட்டத்தில் மத்திய அரசு வகுப்பு கலவர தடுப்புச் சட்டம் 2009&ஐ தற்போதைய வடிவத்தில் நிறைவேற்றக் கூடாது என்று தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டது. லிபரான் ஆணைய அறிக்கை தொடர்பாக மத்திய அரசு நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்த நடவடிக்கை அறிக்கையில் பல்வேறு பரிந்துரைகளுக்கு வகுப்பு கலவர தடுப்புச் சட்டத்தின் மூலம் பரிந்துரை காணப்படும் என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆனால் இச்சட்டம் காவல்துறைக்கும், மாநில அரசுக்கும் மிதமிஞ்சிய அதிகா ரம் அளிக்கும் வகையில் வடிவமைக் கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இச்சட்டம் இல்லாத நிலையிலேயே குஜராத் கலவரம் நடைபெற்றிருக்கும் போது இச்சட்டம் அமுலுக்கு வந்தால் அது மோசமான விளைவுகளை ஏற்படுத்தும் என்பதால் இச்சட்டத்தை தற்போதைய வடிவத்தில் கொண்டு வரவேண்டாம் என்று பிரதமரிடம் வலியுறுத்துவது என்று தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டது.
பாலஸ்தீனத்தில் இஸ்ரேல் புரிந்து வரும் அராஜகத்தை தடுத்து நிறுத்த இந்திய அரசு குரல் கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் தீர்மாணிக்கப்பட்டது. இஸ்ரேலின் உளவுப்படையான மோசாதுடன் இந்திய உளவுப்பிரிவு நெருங்கிய உறவு கொண்டிருப்பதையும், அமெரிக்காவின் நிர்பந்தத்திற்கு இந்த விஷயத்தில் இந்தியா அடிபணிவதும் கண்டிக்கப்பட்டது. நேரு காலத்திய வெளியுறவு கொள்கையின் அடிப் படையில் இஸ்ரேலுடனான உறவை துண்டிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டது.
லிபரான் ஆணையம் சுட்டிக் காட்டியுள்ள 68 நபர்கள் மீது வழக்கு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் தீர்மாணிக்கப்பட்டது. பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் தொடர்பான வழக்குகள் விரைந்து முடிக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்று தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டது.
முஸ்லிம்களை தீவிரவாதிகள் என்று சித்தரிப்பது ஒட்டுமொத்த நாட்டின் நலனுக்கு உகந்தது அல்ல. அப்பாவி இளைஞர்கள் சிறையில் வாடுவதும், போலி என் கவுண் டர்கள் மூலம் முஸ்லிம் இளைஞர்கள் கொல்லப் படுவதும் வன்மையாக கண்டிக்கத்தக்கது என்றும் தீர்மானிக் கப்பட்டது.
திருமணங்களின் போது ஆடம்பரங்களை தவிர்த்து எளிமையாக நடத்த வேண்டும் என்றும் வரதட்சணை இல்லாமல் திருமணங்கள் நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும் என்று முஸ்லிம் சமூகத்தை அறிவுறுத்தியும், சிறிய பிணக்கு களுக்காக திருமணத்தை முறித்துக் கொள்வதை தவிர்க்குமாறும் தீர்மானம் நிறை வேற்றப்பட்டது.
இந்த பொது அமர்வின் போது 5 பெண்கள் உட்பட 50 பேர் கொண்ட வாரியத்தின் செயற்குழு தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டது. தமிழகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த தொழிலதிபர் எம்.எம்.ஹாசிமும் இவர்களில் ஒருவர்.
இந்த அமர்வின் போது தமிழக அரசு கொண்டு வந்துள்ள கட்டாய திருமண பதிவுச் சட்டம் குறித்தும் அது குறித்த தமிழக முஸ்லிம் அமைப்புகளின் எதிர்ப்பு குறித்தும், இது தொடர்பாக தமிழக சட்ட அமைச்சர் துரைமுருகனுடன் நடத்திய பேச்சு குறித்தும் விளக்கம் அளிக்கப்பட்டது.
பொது அமர்வின் தீர்மானங்களை விளக்கி லக்னோ ஈத்காவில் நடைபெற்ற பொதுக் கூட்டத்தில் லட்சத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட மக்கள் கலந்து கொண்டார்கள்.
கேள்வி: தங்களின் அயோத்தி பயணம் குறித்து சொல்லுங்களேன்...!
பேராசிரியர்: பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் இடிக்கப்படுவதற்கு முன்பு 1980&களில் சென்றிருக்கிறேன். இப்போது மீண்டும் இடிப்பிற்கு பிறகு சென்றேன். பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் இருந்த இடத்தில் உள்ளது உள்ளபடியே உள்ளதா என்பதை கண்காணிப்பதற்காக நீதிமன்றம் நியமித்துள்ளவர்களில் ஒருவரான பைசாபாத்தைச் சேர்ந்த காலிக் அஹ்மது என்னை ‘சர்ச்சைக்குரிய” பகுதிக்கு அழைத்துச் சென்றார். அவர் நான் வருவது குறித்து முன்கூட்டியே காவல்துறைக்கு தகவல் கொடுத்திருந்தார். செல் போன், கேமரா, பேனா, காகிதம் என்று எதுவும் எடுத்துச் செல்லாமல் சென்றோம்.
பல இடங்களில் பலத்த சோதனைக்குப் பிறகு இரும்பு வேலிகளுக்கு நடுவே நடந்து 450 ஆண்டு காலம் முஸ்லிம்களின் வழிப்பாட்டுத்தலமாக இருந்த பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் அமைந்த இடத்தை நெஞ்சில் பெரும் துயரத்தை சுமந்தவனாக பார்த்தேன். நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்பு விரைவில் வர உள்ளது என்றும் பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் யாருக்குச் சொந்தம் என்பது தொடர்பான வழக்கை நடத்தும் வழக்குரைஞர் ஜபர்யாப் ஜெய்லானி லக்னோவில் என்னிடம் சொல்லியிருந்தார்.
தீர்ப்பு சாதகமாக அமைந்து அடுத்த முறை பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் இருந்த இடத்தில் ஏக இறைவனை தொழும் வாய்ப்பு எனக்கும், முஸ்லிம் சமூகத்திற்கும் கிடைக்க வேண்டும் என்று பிரார்த்தனை செய்த வண்ணமாக அந்த இடத்தை பார்த்தேன். நானும் என்னுடன் லக்னோவில் இருந்து வந்த எனது நண்பர் மட்டுமே அங்கு தாடியுடன் இருந்தோம். பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் அமைந்த இடத்தில் அமைந்திருந்த தற்காலிக கோயில் அருகே நடுநிலையுடன் இருக்க வேண்டிய காவல்துறையினர் ராம் லாலாவை தரிசனம் செய்யுங்கள் என்று அனைவரையும் பார்த்து (எங்களையும் சேர்த்து தான்) கூறிக் கொண்டிருந்தனர். மொத்த இடத்தையும் பார்ப்பதற்கு அரை மணிநேரம் எடுத்தது. தற்போது போடப்பட்டுள்ள பலத்த பாதுகாப்பு டிசம்பர் 6, 1992&க்கு முன்பு போடப்பட்டிருந்தால் பள்ளிவாசலை காப்பாற்றியிருக்கலாம். குதிரைகள் லாயத்தை விட்டு தப்பிய பிறகு லாயத்தை பூட்டி என்ன பலன் என்ற சிந்தனை திரும்ப திரும்ப வந்துக் கொண்டிருந்தது. அயோத்தி பண்டையக் காலங்களில் புத்தர்களின் வழிப்பாட்டு தலமாக, இந்துக்களின் வழிப்பாட்டுத் தலமாக இருந்தது போல் அது முஸ்லிம்களின் நகரமாக இருந்தது என்பதற்கான தடயங்கள் அங்கு ஏராளமாக உள்ளதை நேரில் பார்க்க முடிந்தது. அயோத்தியை சுற்றிய 12 கி.மீ. சுற்றுப்பரப்பில் பல பள்ளிவாசல்கள் உள்ளன. இது தவிர இரட்டை நகரமான பைசாபாத் மற்றும் அயோத்தியை இணைக்கும் சாலையின் இரு புறத்திலும் ஏராளமான பள்ளிவாசல்களும் முஸ்லிம் அடக்கத்தலங்ளையும் பார்க்க முடிந்தது.
அயோத்தியின் மக்கள் தொகையான ஒன்னரை லட்சத்தில் 6 விழுக்காட்டினர் முஸ்லிம்கள் ஆவர். இங்கு 35 பள்ளிவாசல்கள் உள்ளன. இவற்றில் ஐவேளை தொழுகையும் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றது. பாபரி மஸ்ஜிதை சுற்றி அரசு கையகப்படுத்திய 67 ஏக்கர் நிலத்தை சுற்றியும் பள்ளிவாசல்களை பார்க்க முடிந்தது. அனுமன்கிரி கோயிலிலிருந்து ஒரு கி.மீ. தொலைவில் 40 ஏக்கர் பரப்பளவு உள்ள முஸ்லிம் அடக்கத்தலம் உள்ளது. இங்கு 12 அடி நீளமுள்ள ஒரு அடக்கவிடம் (கப்ரு) உள்ளது. இது முதல் மனிதர் நபி ஆதமிற்கு பிறகு வந்த நபி ஷீத் அவர்களுடையது என்று உள்ளூர் முஸ்லிம்கள் நம்பி வருகின்றனர். இன்னும் பல அடக்கவிடங்கள் உள்ளன. பாரசீக மொழியிலான கல்வெட்டுகளும் அதில் உள்ளன. இவையெல்லாம் அயோத்தி முஸ்லிம்களின் நகரமாகவும் தொன்மை தொட்டு விளங்கி யுள்ளது என்பதற்கு சான்றாக அமைந்துள்ளன.
இறுதியாக பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் யாருக்குச் சொந்தம் என்ற வழக்கின் முதல் மனுதாரர் ஹாசிம் அன்சாரியை அவரது இல்லத்தில் சந்தித்தேன். இவருக்கு வயது 92. பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் பள்ளிவாசலில் தொழுகை நடைபெற்றுக் கொண்டிருந்த வேளையில் இவர் தான் அந்த பள்ளிவாசலின் முத்தவல்லி. (பள்ளிவாசல் நிர்வாக குழு தலைவர்). 1949ம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 22 வரை பாபர் பள்ளிவாசலில் இரவு தொழுகை வரை நடை பெற்றது. பிறகு நள்ளிரவில் தான் பள்ளிவாசலுக்குள் ஸ்ரீராமர், லட்சுமணர், சீதை, ஹனுமான் சிலைகள் வைக்கப்பட்டன. அன்று முதல் இவர் வழக்காடிவருகிறார். காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியை கடுமையாக சாடுகிறார்.
காங்கிரஸ் ஆதரவு முஸ்லிம் தலைவர்களையும் இவர் வன்மையாக கண்டித்தார். ராஜீவ் காந்தி பிரதமராக இருந்த போது பூட்டா சிங் பாபரி மஸ்ஜிதை விட்டுக் கொடுக்குமாறும் அதற்காக 3 கோடி ரூபாயும், பெட்ரோல் பங்கும், இவரது மகனுக்கு அரசு வேலையும் தருவதாக ஆசைவார்த்தை காட்டியதாகவும், ‘எடு பழைய செருப்பை' என்று கூறி அவரை விரட்டியதையும் ஆவேசத்துடன் என்னிடம் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டார். தென் இந்திய முஸ்லிம்கள் குறிப்பாக தமிழக முஸ்லிம்கள் பாபரி பள்ளிவாசலுக்காக காட்டும் ஆர்வம் தன்னை நெகிழ வைப்பதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.
என்னை அயோத்திக்கு அழைத்துச் சென்ற நண்பர் காலிக்கிடம் என்னைப் போல் சாதாரண முஸ்லிம்கள் பாபரி வளாகத்திற்குள் சென்று பார்க்கலாமா என்று கேட்டேன். அது இயலாத காரியம் என்று அவர் பதிலளித்தார். முஸ்லிம்கள் வந்தால் அவர்கள் கடுமையாக சோதிக்கப்பட்டு, தடுத்து நிறுத்தப்பட்டு பிறகு திருப்பி அனுப்பப்படுவார்கள் என்று அவர் மேலும் கூறினார். மேலும் தென் இந்திய முஸ்லிம் தலைவர்களில் நீங்கள் தான் முதன் முதலாக இங்கே உள்ளே சென்று பார்த்து உள்ளீர்கள் என்று அவர் கூறினார்.
பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் பற்றியும் அயோத்திப் பற்றியும் ஆய்வு செய் வதற்காக ஒரு ஆய்வு நிறுவனத்தை நடத்தி வருகிறார் நண்பர் காலிக். பாபரி மஸ்ஜிதை மீட்பதற்காக இந்தியா முழுவதும் உள்ள முஸ்லிம்கள் போராடிக்கொண்டிருக்கும் இந்த வேளையில் அயோத்தியில் வக்ப் செய்யப்பட்ட இடங்களை, கப்ருஸ் தான்களை சில சுயநலமிகள் விலைக்கு விற்கும் அவலமும் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றது என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார். என்னுடன் லக்னோவில் இருந்து கார் ஒட்டி வந்த இளைஞர் சில மாதங்களுக்கு முன்பு தான் பார்த்தபோது கப்ருஸ் தானாக இருந்த இடம், தற்போது கட்டிடமாக கட்டப்பட்டு வரு�

Prison or Work - Make your choice and Management Lessons
IN PRISON..........You spend the majority of your time in a 8 x 10 cell.
AT WORK...........You spend the majority of your time in a 6 x 8 cubicle.
IN PRISON..........You get three meals a day.
AT WORK...........You only get a break for one meal and you have to pay.
IN PRISON..........You get time off for good behavior.
AT WORK...........You get rewarded for good behavior with more work.
IN PRISON..........The guards locks and unlocks all the doors for you.
AT WORK.......... You must carry around a security card and open all the doors for yourself.
IN PRISON..........You can watch TV and play games.
AT WORK...........You get fired for watching TV and playing games.
IN PRISON..........You get your own toilet.
AT WORK...........You have to share with some idiot who pees on the seat.
IN PRISON..........They allow your family + friends to visit.
AT WORK...........You can't even speak to your family.
IN PRISON..........All expenses are paid by the tax payers with no work required.
AT WORK...........You get to pay all the expenses to go to work and then they deduct taxes from your salary to pay for prisoners.
